Responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of existing company infrastructure.
Participation in the arrangement of workplaces: setup, connection, installation of applications.
Monitoring and managing IT systems.
Primary diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, ensuring the operability and safety of the company's network.
Setting up and maintenance of peripheral equipment, service.
Inventory of IT equipment.
Setting up servers and network equipment.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Prompt troubleshooting.

 Requirements:
Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS
Work experience with Firewall, VPN (L2TP, IPSec\OpenVPN)
Understanding of work principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Experience with Windows Active Directory, LDAP, RDS etc.
The ability to configure network equipment Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquity etc.
Understanding of the model OSI.
Knowledge of software (MS Office 365, antivirus programs, etc.).
Excellent communication skills

Would be a plus:
Understanding of Jira/Confluence.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.
