Head of Omnichannel Customer Experience

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

  • Καθορίζει και υλοποιεί την συνολική στρατηγική της εμπειρίας πελάτη για όλα τα κανάλια (ψηφιακά και φυσικά), σύμφωνα με τους στόχους της εταιρείας.
  • Χαρτογραφεί το ταξίδι του πελάτη από το πρώτο έως το τελευταίο σημείο επαφής και εντοπίζει αδυναμίες, ανάγκες και ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης.
  • Έχει την ευθύνη όλων των ψηφιακών σημείων επαφής.
  • Συνεργάζεται με το τμήμα Πληροφορικής για την ομαλή λειτουργία των συστημάτων, την επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων και την εισαγωγή νέων λειτουργιών.
  • Αναλύει δεδομένα από συστήματα πελατών και τα μετατρέπει σε προτάσεις και δράσεις.
  • Καθορίζει πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης και οδηγίες προς όλα τα τμήματα που έρχονται σε επαφή με τους πελάτες, εξασφαλίζοντας ενιαία ποιότητα υπηρεσιών.
  • Συντονίζει κοινές δράσεις με τα τμήματα Λιανικής, Μάρκετινγκ, E- Commerce και Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών ώστε η εμπειρία να είναι ενιαία σε κάθε κανάλι.
  • Παρακολουθεί τις τάσεις της αγοράς και εντοπίζει τεχνολογίες που μπορούν να βελτιώσουν την εμπειρία (αυτοματισμοί, εργαλεία προσωποποίησης, ψηφιακή σήμανση στα καταστήματα).
  • Διαχειρίζεται έργα που συνδέουν την ψηφιακή και τη φυσική εμπειρία, όπως παραλαβή από κατάστημα, επιστροφές, προσωποποιημένη επικοινωνία και αναβάθμιση του προγράμματος επιβράβευσης.
  • Καθοδηγεί και υποστηρίζει τις ομάδες Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών και E-Commerce, διασφαλίζοντας υψηλή ποιότητα εξυπηρέτησης και αποτελεσματικές διαδικασίες.

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ψηφιακά Μέσα, Πληροφορική ή άλλο συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε Customer Experience, Digital Operations, E-commerce ή συνδυασμό των παραπάνω.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδων ή στον συντονισμό πολλαπλών τμημάτων.
  • Γνώση εργαλείων ανάλυσης και ικανότητα αξιοποίησης δεδομένων για λήψη αποφάσεων.
  • Κατανόηση λειτουργίας e-commerce πλατφορμών και συστημάτων CRM.
