Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Advertising Manager with a strong background in iGaming. The ideal candidate will drive growth by onboarding and managing brands, selling advertising space, optimizing site monetization, negotiating partnerships, and improving internal processes. This role requires excellent networking, commercial, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to represent the company externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new iGaming brands to expand the company's network.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, continuously improving collaboration and performance.
- Sell and manage advertising space on the company website to maximize revenue.
- Plan and execute brand marketing and promotion campaigns on the platform.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and agreements with partners and advertisers.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Conduct market research, brand analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding processes, improve partner experience, and ensure successful integration.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Use Excel and other analytical tools to track sales, advertising performance, and project management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming business development or account management.
- Proven track record of onboarding and managing iGaming brands.
- Experience selling advertising space and optimizing website monetization.
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and networking skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and sales-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Excel and able to create reports, dashboards, and analyses.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English - additional languages a plus.
