We are looking for a hands-on Cloud & Systems Administrator to join our IT & Cybersecurity team. This position suits someone comfortable working in hybrid environments, knowledgeable about compliance requirements, and passionate about creating secure, dependable systems within regulated frameworks. You will manage essential infrastructure components, ensure strong governance practices, and take ownership of the business continuity and disaster recovery processes throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hybrid infrastructure involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises systems.
  • Support cloud migration projects, server upkeep, and access control management using Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Maintain, update, and regularly test backup, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to ICT governance, GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation, including system inventories and configuration records.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and cloud administration within ICT or regulated sectors.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
  • Good understanding of ICT governance, compliance processes, and audit documentation preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities.
  • Native or fluent Hebrew preferred; fluent English required.
