Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

  • Administer and optimise hybrid infrastructure spanning Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises environments.
  • Lead or support cloud migration initiatives, server build-outs, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Manage identity, access, and permissions through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Resilience, Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain, test, and improve backup, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.
  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with ICT governance, GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, and internal policies.
  • Prepare audit-ready documentation, system inventories, architecture diagrams, and configuration records.

Technical Support & Operations

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for escalated issues.
  • Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring secure and seamless user access.
  • Troubleshoot complex system, cloud, and infrastructure-related problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years
    of experience in systems administration, cloud engineering, or hybrid infrastructure within ICT or a regulated sector.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with
    Microsoft Azure
    ,
    Microsoft 365
    ,
    Windows Server
    , and
    Linux
    systems.
  • Solid understanding of
    ICT governance
    , security controls, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, clear communication, and strong documentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English
    (professional level).
  • Proficiency in
    Hebrew
    is highly preferred.
