System Administrator

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher from Limassol, Cyprus. The company is focused on the 4X strategy genre with an ambitious goal to grow it's hit game Total Battle to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. We're looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus (relocation required). You'll have the chance to grow quickly, working side-by-side with experienced colleagues who will support your development.

What you'll do:

• Be the go-to problem solver for employees in your office: run the Service Desk, handle on-site troubleshooting, and keep day-to-day operations smooth.

• Equip and onboard teammates: purchase, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and workstations so everyone starts strong.

• Administer core systems: Google Workspace, YouTrack, GitLab, TeamCity, OIDC\SAML SSO, and support Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.

• Keep the office network reliable: monitoring of functioning Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and routing issues diagnosed and fixed quickly.

• Safeguard reliability: monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, respond to incidents, and lead post-mortems to prevent repeats.

• Build and share knowledge: maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and a living knowledge base.

• Help with maintaining and updating cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Linux administration, Docker, and Ansible experience in day-to-day operations.

• Networking fundamentals you can apply under pressure: TCP/IP, switching/routing, VPN, VLAN, NAT, DNS, firewalls.

• Endpoint administration across Linux servers and desktops.

• Service discipline: clear communication, ticket ownership, and sensible prioritization.

• A strong drive to automate routine tasks and improve processes 

• Experience administering general purpose team services

• Ability to diagnose issues in the local network and on the PC, and to read and analyze debug logs.

Nice to have:

• Cloud exposure (GCP / Yandex Cloud / AWS / DO / Azure).

• Config-management experience (Chef/Puppet).

• Kubernetes basics; ArgoCD/Helm familiarity.

• Familiarity with MikroTik/UniFi.

• Python or Go basics for light scripting beyond Bash.

• A genuine interest in games and player experience.
