Our client a global commodity trading company operating for 40 years worldwide with HQs in Cyprus is looking to hire a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Administrator,
who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Dynamics 365 environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • System Administration
    : Configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Functional Management:
    Perform functional management tasks on the systems to enable the best user experience and secure & fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions.
  • User Management
    : Setting up user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Customization & Configuration
    : Modifying workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with business needs.
  • Data Management
    : Ensuring data integrity, performing migrations, and managing integrations with other systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support
    : Addressing technical issues and providing end user support, following end users requests and solving issues.
  • Collaboration
    : Working with end users, functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
  • Documentation:
    Document system and process descriptions.

Skills and Experience needed:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Process management
  • Experience as system administrator / Functional admin / Consultant of Dynamics 365 F&O (2-3 Years)
  • Can also consider ERP Implementation expertise
  • Fluency in English is a must and Greek will be considered as a very strong advantage.
