About the Role

Job Title: Executive Coordinator

Location: Paphos (Hybrid work – 50% office, 50% remote)

Start Date: October 2025

Type: Full-time freelance

Base Salary: €2520/month (+ monthly performance based bonuses)

We're looking for someone to help keep our business running smoothly and orchestrate various projects. You'll handle paperwork, accounting, and general admin.

You'll also help grow my personal brand and social media (@johntalasi), organize events for entrepreneurs (Masterminds CY), and communicate with partners to get me on podcasts and connect with business collaborators.

Plus, you'll help manage a few different businesses we run, including a coworking space in Paphos.

It's quite an abstract role that requires you to be extremely organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

What You'll Do

• Manage business documents, accounting, and company admin.
• Help with personal brand and social media growth.
• Organize entrepreneur events (like an event manager).
• Handle email communication with partners and podcasts.
• Help run various business things, including a coworking space.

What We're Looking For

• Great attention to detail. A perfectionist who has learned to not be paralyzed, yet aiming for the best.
• Good overall communication standards & high level English speaking skills.
• Can work well on your own and take responsibility for getting stuff done with quality.
• Well balanced when it comes to introversion / extroversion. Work is very mixed - you should enjoy sitting grinding in front of the laptop but also have the ability to communicate and socialize well with people in person.
• Must live in Paphos.
