, one of the leading property developers in Paphos is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated
Sales Executive
who will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's properties.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Pursue new sales opportunities and engage with potential buyers.
  • Understand client needs, organize property viewings and provide property details advising on investment benefits and other enquiries.
  • Negotiate with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals, coordinating with legal and construction teams to ensure smooth transaction.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.
  • Address any issues or complaints providing after sales client satisfaction.
  • Attend property expos or networking opportunities to promote the company's projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Sales position or relevant role in Real Estate.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language
  • Experienced with MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills
  • Possess a clean driving license
