We are seeking on behalf of our client, a highly motivated and strategic Social Media and Influencer Managerto lead the strategy, execution, and performance of the Marketing Division's social media initiatives. The role will also manage the Group's social media activities, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and alignment with the overall marketing and employer branding strategy. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Create detailed social media strategies for the marketing division, taking into account audience profiles, platform characteristics and overall marketing objectives.

  • Group Branding & Employer Branding

  • Lead initiatives related to the Group's overall branding presence across digital platforms.

  • Execute employer branding activities, promoting the company culture and employee experience.

  • Social Media Management

  • Create and regularly update social media calendars.

  • Post the content on various social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.

  • Content Management:

  • Brief the team responsible for delivering social media content.

  • Create content for all social media platforms when needed.

  • Influencer Partnerships:

  • Own the entire influencer lifecycle: strategy, budget allocation, selection, negotiation, and contract execution with influencers, agencies and partners.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to drive engaging content, brand visibility and performance results.

  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance.

  • Monitor analytics and react in a timely manner to optimize performance.
  • Create reports about the performance of the Social Media and Influencer collaborations.

  • Community Engagement:

  • Monitor social media inboxes closely and respond to inquiries promptly.

  • Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute social media and influencer campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.
Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in social media / influencer management or a related role, with experience in the fintech industry considered a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive social media and influencer strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills are necessary for creating engaging social media content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking and ability to propose new ideas and strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. ( Facebook, X, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok, GA4, Google Ads)
  • Customer Engagement: Skill in engaging with the audience and handling inquiries professionally.
