As the Social Media Manager, you will lead and grow our brand's presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and more. You'll create and oversee content, manage influencer and agency collaborations, and ensure brand consistency. You will drive community engagement and retention while maintaining a structured social media calendar. Data-driven insights will guide your strategies to optimize performance.

This
on-site role
requires a
high level of English fluency
. You will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Community Growth:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across major platforms to drive community engagement, growth, and retention while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Content Creation & Leadership:
    Create high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, reels, and posts) and guide content creators to maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
  • Influencer & Agency Management:
    Coordinate relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.
  • Content Planning & Organization:
    Manage a structured content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization:
    Track, analyze, and report on performance using social media analytics tools to optimize strategies.
  • Trend & Innovation Monitoring:
    Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 6 years in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
  • Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate content teams while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Content Creation Expertise:
    Proficiency in tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Social Media Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of algorithms, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
  • Data-Driven:
    Skilled in analyzing metrics and optimizing strategies.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Strong ability to manage workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Influencer & Agency Coordination:
    Experience collaborating with influencers and agencies.
  • Communication Skills:
    Confident in presenting insights and reports.
  • On-Camera Presence:
    Comfortable appearing on camera to support brand content when needed.
  • Language:
    Fluency in English
    (spoken and written).
  • Work Arrangement:
    Available for a
    fully on-site role
