across our platform — covering everything from customer onboarding and payments to features, loyalty, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to gather, refine, and
    document requirements
    for
    customer lifecycle features
    .
  • Document business processes
    and
    system flows
    — from webhook-driven events to internal triggers.
  • Write
    precise customer stories
    ,
    acceptance criteria
    , and
    edge cases
    that make development and QA straightforward.
  • Define and track
    KPIs
    (conversion rate, engagement, retention, churn) to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Conduct
    data deep-dives
    (light
    SQL/BI
    ) to validate hypotheses, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate on
    API designs
    (OpenAPI / Swagger), ensuring
    seamless integration
    between front-end and backend systems.
  • Lead
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    : create
    test scenarios
    ,
    validate functionality
    , and verify
    data accuracy
    .
  • Maintain clear
    documentation
    in
    Confluence
    /
    Jira
    , keeping requirements and dependencies transparent.
  • Advocate for
    compliance

    throughout all features.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement

    user funnels

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    in a
    product
    or
    tech
    environment
  • Strong ability to
    break down complex workflows
    into
    clear, actionable specs
    .
  • Excellent
    documentation skills
    —
    user stories
    ,
    acceptance criteria
    ,
    flow diagrams
    , and
    requirements traceability
    .
  • Comfortable working with
    APIs
    and
    data contracts
    ; confident using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Analytical mindset
    — able to interpret and validate
    data
    ; familiarity with
    SQL
    or
    BI tools
    .
  • Exceptional
    communication

    stakeholder alignment
