We're hiring: COO/CEO

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the launch and growth of a new
B2C online casino project
within a fast-growing international group. If you're driven by results, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to shape a product from the ground up — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full operational and/or executive ownership of the online casino project — from concept to go-live.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and tech teams to define the brand vision, roadmap, and market entry strategy.
  • Build and lead a lean, high-performing operational team.
  • Establish scalable processes for daily operations, risk management, and player lifecycle.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all target markets.
  • Manage P&L and work toward achieving core business KPIs (GGR, retention, LTV, etc.).
  • Serve as the main strategic voice of the project in collaboration with the investor group.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in launching or scaling a
    B2C online casino
    .
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming operational stack: platform technologies, content aggregation, KYC/AML, payments, bonus engines, and more.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills; hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in licensing and compliance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured approach to scaling in early-stage environments.
  • Fluent in
    Russian or Ukrainian
    , with
    English proficiency (Intermediate+)
    .
