Your Role:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide not just answers, but assurance. From onboarding new users to solving day-to-day inquiries, you'll also play a key role in ensuring our platform remains safe, compliant, and user-friendly.


Your Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone with speed and professionalism

Guide users through account creation, deposits, withdrawals, and platform features

Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in line with regulatory requirements

Review identification and proof-of-address documents

Coordinate with compliance and risk teams on escalated cases

Help detect and report potential fraud or suspicious activity

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and verification steps


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages a plus)
  • At least +1 year experience in customer support in finance or fintech
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
  • A cool head under pressure
