Position Overview We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Limassol.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 2+ years of experience who wants to make a significant impact in the fintech sector. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to drive customer acquisition and ROI. Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and META (Facebook/Instagram) platforms

● Manage and expand affiliate marketing partnerships to drive qualified leads

● Implement LLM indexing strategies to improve our visibility in AI-powered search results

● Optimize the use of AI tools for campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis

● Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on ROI, CAC, and conversion rates

● Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations

● Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy

● Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms in the financial services sector Requirements

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

● Proven expertise in Google Ads and META Ads platforms

● Experience with affiliate marketing programs and partner management

● Understanding of LLM indexing and AI tool optimization

● Interest or experience in financial services/trading/investment sectors

● Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

● Additional European language skills are a plus (Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish preferred)

● Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
