Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Limassol Municipality, where work-from-home flexibility is provided. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and drive sales initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing property listings, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving results. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Capability in finding attractive properties for our clients.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning in the real estate sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
  • Knowledge of Russian language
