Purpose of the Role
Chief of Staff serves as the strategic and operational right hand to the Apple Business Unit leadership, ensuring alignment between corporate goals, global strategy, and internal execution across functions. This role combines strategic planning, project management, cross-functional coordination, and executive support to maximize the efficiency and impact of the Apple team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Alignment
- Ensure alignment between Apple's priorities, company objectives, and operational execution across sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.
- Track key performance metrics and business outcomes; prepare executive dashboards and reports.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Drive communication and collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of Apple-related initiatives.
- Act as liaison between internal leadership and Apple's regional teams to maintain strategic alignment and ensure compliance with operational standards.
3. Project & Process Management
- Lead and oversee key cross-functional projects.
- Implement and refine processes for planning, decision-making, and performance review within the Apple business.
4. Executive Support & Communication
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for internal and external executive meetings.
- Manage internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging within the Apple team.
5. Leadership & Organizational Development
- Mentor and support team leads in operational discipline, project prioritization, and decision-making.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation aligned with excellence standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- From 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business management, or executive support roles within technology, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience in working with or within similar global tech ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Advanced project management and business planning competence.
- High EQ, discretion, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and business intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
