We're looking for a Head of Operations — a trusted Execution Partner to our Chief Revenue Officer.

This is not a back-office role. It's a high-impact position for someone who thrives in dynamic fintech environments, loves structure but moves fast, and knows how to turn strategy into execution across multiple teams.

You'll act as the CRO's operational right hand — ensuring the roadmap across Sales, Marketing, and Ops gets executed with precision and rhythm.

What You'll Do

  • Execution coordination: Drive cross-team delivery of the growth roadmap across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Performance management: Run weekly business reviews, track KPIs, and keep teams accountable through clear dashboards and reporting.
  • Operational efficiency: Identify and remove operational blockers, ensure smooth CRM and BI alignment, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Stakeholder sync: Keep internal stakeholders aligned and informed — so CRO can stay focused on strategy, not micromanagement.
  • Tactical follow-through: Support campaign launches, business cases, and partner enablement with attention to detail and strong ownership.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Operations / Chief of Staff / BizOps / Revenue Ops in a fast-paced fintech company.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Fluent English.
  • Comfortable working remotely, asynchronously, and cross-functionally.
