About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury & Accounting Associate to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career, with exposure to both treasury operations and core accounting processes. You'll work closely with the Treasury and Accounting team to support day-to-day liquidity management, financial controls, and reconciliations, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company.The role reports to the company's Head Of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Support

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank and crypto accounts
• Prepare and process internal fund transfers and payment instructions
• Assist with short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Support execution and documentation of FX trades, crypto transfers, and funding operations
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and bank confirmations
• Assist with bank and wallet account opening and maintenance processes

Accounting Assistance

• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist in preparing documentation for audit and internal control purposes
• Reconcile bank, crypto wallets, and intercompany balances
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records
• Coordinate with other departments for invoicing, accounts payable, and expense processing

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Interest or basic knowledge of crypto assets is a plus, but not required
