Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team here at Foody :)

What you will do:

  • Perform accounting postings

  • Maintain accounts payable and perform supplier balance reconciliations

  • Perform billing for our customers

  • Complete VAT returns and VIES reports

  • Handle monthly closing entries for reporting purposes

  • Cooperate with other departments (operations, sales, marketing etc.) of the company

  • Assist manager with various accounting functions and reconciliations

Qualifications

What we would like to see:

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience as an Accountant

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Experience working with SAP will be considered a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • Fluency in both Greek & English, oral and written
