We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Business Development department as the Head of Business Development Department at DB Investing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building.
As the Head of the Business Development Department, you will oversee a team of talented professionals, guiding them in identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative strategies, and nurturing key partnerships. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our company's growth objectives and enhancing our market presence.
- Lead the Business Development department in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster professional growth and development.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management.
- Previous experience with IBs in ASIA, GCC, Africa, and Latam countries.
- A ready portfolio of IBs/Affiliates to bring into the company is a must.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales roles within the forex industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the forex market, including trading platforms, products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Business fluency in English language and other languages.
- A strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors, and potential clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
