Job Overview:

We are searching for a meticulous HR Operations Specialist to coordinate documentation, ensure compliance with migration and labour laws, and provide exceptional support to employees throughout the relocation process.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Coordinate newcomers' arrivals with the HR team, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Prepare all necessary documents for visas and work permits, including contracts, NDAs, bank documents, and tax documents.
  • Ensure all information related to these documents is well explained to employees.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a high level of HR operational service to all stakeholders.
  • Manage HRIS data, generate HR reports, and update HR documentation and policies.
  • Participate in HR-relevant projects as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years in HR Operations or other relevant positions.
  • Deep understanding of Cyprus labor and migration laws.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian / Greek is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality.
