- Manage the full spectrum of managing the day-to-day operations of our Nicosia office, which escalates in complexity as the Cyprus team is built.
- Devise and implement a system to manage office expenses and petty cash.
- Verify documentation such as invoices and receipts and systematize office scans.
- Support talent management efforts, such as applying for work permits and onboarding new hires.
- Process payroll, keep payroll records up-to-date, and prepare regular payroll reports.
- Act as liaison with external departments such as auditors and tax agents, as well as with other Group offices.
- Create a productive work environment for all employees to accommodate the growth of our Cyprus team in diversity and size. CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma or university degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with payroll processes.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to quickly master new systems and procedures.
