Job Description:

Scale Final is expanding and seeking an Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Limassol. This position requires on-site presence from day one and is open to hiring a student.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Greek.

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming office guests.

  • Preparation of refreshments, such as coffee, for candidates before interviews and office visitors.

  • Arranging transportation and accommodation for office guests.

  • Assisting HR Managers with the organization of company events and conferences.

  • Procurement of stationery, office supplies, and food items.

  • Inventory management of corporate IT equipment.

  • Supervising and overseeing the work of cleaning staff.

  • Facilitating induction programs for new employees.

  • Supporting HR and finance functions by maintaining up-to-date personnel records and updating financial documents.
