We are looking for a Product Head to lead a new vertical of mobile products in EdTech. At the outset, you will dive into hands-on work and manage a small dynamic team (designer, content manager, several developers) with the prospect of adding more product managers/designers/developers as the business vertical grows.

Primary task: Launch new EdTech mobile products using established business models (e.g., microlearning subscription) and navigate from hypothesis to a viable unit economics. Key focus on content products utilizing LLM for content generation. The company boasts strong marketing expertise, allowing a greater focus on business and product aspects.

Skills required:

- Solution definition - developing strong product solutions in collaboration with designers and the development team, and clearly describing them in product specs.

- Fast iterations - moving through rapid iterations, drawing correct conclusions from results, and consistently enhancing the product or closing incorrect hypotheses.

- Ruthless prioritization - prioritizing work by filtering out the unnecessary and focusing on core hypotheses.

- Business intelligence, data & customer-driven - driving business results, drawing conclusions based on data (in SQL and BI tools), analyzing competitors, and engaging with users. Not validating every detail before launches and avoiding analytical paralysis.

Preferred skills:

- LLM for content generation - expertise in Gen AI, using various tools to generate content for product objectives, and a strong desire to develop in this direction. Also, building processes around content creation.

Background:

- 3-5 years in product management with mandatory experience in multi-product Mobile Apps.

- Successful experience in launching products from to 1, as well as scaling products from a nascent economy.

- At least 2 years in managing other product managers.
