Duties

·       Preparation of accounting records for international clients

·       Preparation of VAT/VIES/OSS returns

·       Preparation of monthly payroll returns and payments to the social insurance authorities

·       Handling of registration and deregistration of companies with the TAX and VAT authorities

·       Correspondence with auditors for the preparation of audited financial statements

·       Knowledge with the preparation of Cyprus personal tax returns will be an asset

·       Handling of clients’ emails for collection of documents

·       Filing electronically of bookkeeping records in our document management software

·       Assist with the internal accounting and issue of invoices and receipts

Key Skills/Experience

  • LCCI Higher certificate or BSc in accounting but candidates without the qualification will also be considered based on experience
  • 4+ years of previous experience
  • Fluency in both Greek & English written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with E-Soft accounting and payroll software will be considered an advantage
