Head of Data and Machine Learning

We are seeking a charismatic leader for the role of Head of Data and Machine Learning in an innovative fintech company You will transform our Data Warehouse, optimize ETL processes, and implement advanced machine learning models to combat fraud and personalize customer experiences. If you have experience managing a team, deep knowledge of Machine Learning, and a passion for working with big data and cloud platforms, we want you Join us to help shape the future of fintech and contribute to creating one of the most outstanding and sought-after products in the European fintech industry.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and implement strategies for creating and evolving the DWH, ensuring effective data storage and processing.
  • You will manage data flows, including ETL processes, integrating external systems and ensuring data accuracy.
  • You will create and maintain infrastructure for continuous integration and delivery of machine learning models, automating processes and accelerating development.
  • You will test models on real data and ensure their high performance, optimizing and enhancing model quality.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Deep knowledge in machine learning and data analysis
  • Experience with Python and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Proficiency with big data and database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Skills in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience in creating and managing CI/CD infrastructure

Leadership and Management Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team, ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and make quick decisions, strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • Knowledge and experience with Databricks and Spark.
  • Application of deep learning and NLP methods.
