Purpose:

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to support the achievement of departmental goals across various projects. This role involves contributing to content creation and participating in Marketing Intelligence projects that may be requested by the Commercial Department or Management for strategic business decision.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create digital media content for both internal and external company promotion.
  • Regularly update the company website to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Publish content and articles on the company's social media channels.
  • Participate in branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Increase brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Overall responsible for data collection and data analytics.
  • Utilize data insights to identify and develop business opportunities and projects.
  • Evolve Data analytics on a global scale.
  • Distribute relevant data to WPS offices periodically, as required.
  • Ensure that all branding across the organization is consistent and up-to-date.

Main Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Proficient with IT solutions, including search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
  • Preferably with experience in the shipping industry.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc).
  • Understanding of CRM Software structure.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail.
