Hull & Machinery Insurance Broker needed for a leading specialist in marine insurance brokerage. Develop relationships with H&M underwriters, place policies, and renew policies to achieve the best possible results for clients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with H&M underwriters and broking partners
  • Developing strategic growth plans and placing Hull policies in the Lloyds and overseas market
  • Renewing current running policies successfully and achieving the best possible results for clients
  • Coordinating with the broker technician for daily tasks and developing internal and external relationships
  • Being proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive the team to achieve the best possible results
Requirements include:
  • Solid experience in a Marine Insurance broking environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to assemble broking presentation materials accurately and efficiently
  • Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
