Hull & Machinery Insurance Broker

GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading specialist in marine insurance brokerage, offering comprehensive coverage solutions for a wide range of maritime risks.

  • Work closely with H&M underwriters to develop relationships and drive business growth.
  • Develop strategic growth plans with executive broker/business producer executive.
  • Collaborate with broking partners in London to place Hull policies in the Lloyds and overseas market.
  • Renew current running policies successfully and achieve the best possible result for clients.
  • Coordinate with Broker technician in house for accounts.
  • Develop, maintain and lead relationships both internally and externally.
Candidate Profile
  • Solid experience in a Marine Insurance broking environment.
  • Previous experience within a similar role is a must.
  • Ability to assemble broking presentation materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Confident in your ability to liaise and manage client needs.
  • Strong communications skills both verbally and written.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
