Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily dealer tasks and responsibilities
  • Stay informed about market news and trends related to our trading products
  • Monitor client account margins and liquidation levels to ensure optimal risk management
  • Utilize fundamental and technical analysis to understand market trends and make informed decisions
  • Report unusual events or incidents to the line manager and communicate major market movements to dealers on other shifts
  • Generate daily, monthly, and yearly reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure price feeds are always up and running to maintain seamless trading operations
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to resolve client disputes in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Hebrew, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the financial sector or financial brokerage companies
  • Experience with trading platforms and a good understanding of technical and fundamental analysis
  • Ability to work a shift rotation schedule, Monday to Friday, from 08 AM to 12 midnight, with 40 hours per week and 2 days off per week
