As a Strategy and Planning Manager, you will assist the Director of Strategy and Planning in the implementation and management of the OKR-based strategic planning framework. This role requires a professional with strong stakeholder management skills, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management.
  • Identify and address planning-related pain points and requirements.
  • Lead change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the company.
  • Regularly collect feedback and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine the Strategy and OKR structure based on feedback.
  • Establish and enhance the OKR management process.
  • Automate the planning process where feasible.
  • Implement and maintain an OKR tool.
  • Conduct planning communications, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Guide and support team members throughout the planning process.
  • Maintain and update relevant knowledge bases.
  • Lead divisions through the OKR process, organizing and facilitating planning meetings.
  • Assist division representatives in setting their OKRs.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence representatives to ensure metric targets are challenging yet achievable.
  • Monitor progress and implement necessary reporting mechanisms.
  • Support division representatives in submitting and validating results.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations/project management or related fields, preferably within the software development, technology, or data-related industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Change and stakeholder management
  • Clear communication tailored to various audience level
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
