Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse current and historical financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies based on financial analysis to optimise the company's financial performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with executives to develop strategies for pursuing identified opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create, refine, and improve proposals for both existing and potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Ensure proposals align with client needs and contribute to successful client acquisitions.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the company budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Track financial performance and adjust as needed to meet revenue targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and mentoring to members of the Client Relationship team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service quality.
  • Networking: Network with investors and other business partners to generate leads and explore investment opportunities.
  • Travel: Travel to destinations as needed to facilitate transactions, provide training, and attend conventions.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a similar role, particularly with the South African market.
  • Language: Fluency in English language.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong conflict resolution skills, and ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate with experience using MS Office applications, Trading Platforms, and CRM Systems.
