Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive market research and industry analysis to identify potential target companies and stakeholders.
- Develop a structured prospecting plan based on sales and business development strategy.
- Create targeted digital campaigns to identify potential target companies and stakeholders.
- Facilitate business development by generating leads through networking and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to support business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation tools and platforms to optimize performance.
- Contribute to the development of a new business department by providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and consulting, preferably in fintech and banking.
- Strong resource management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven track record of outbound lead generation and successful business development.
- Experience in the Cyprus market is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT concepts and digital tools.
- Ability to conduct strategy-driven research and analysis.
- Reliability, confidence, and personal charm to connect with others.
- International sales experience is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English and Russian languages.
