Administrative & Facilities Support role in a leading American financial technology company based in Cyprus, requiring a full-time contractual commitment for 12 months.

As a key member of the team, you will support and develop your skills, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal staff, vendors, and contractors to minimize business impact, escalating matters outside guidelines/policies to management.
  • Monitor maintenance requests, conference room availability, equipment orders, and real estate requests through various systems.
  • Collect and organize purchase orders, invoices, and documentation, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate department.
  • Utilize facilities systems to administer staff and vendor workflow, escalating complex issues.
  • Receive and circulate general office mail, applications, and business-related items.
  • Backup administrative support by coordinating reservations, ordering office supplies, and maintaining files.
  • Answer main telephone, screen calls, and take messages.
Candidate Profile:
  • Work on assignments requiring initiative and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and orally.
  • Informal team leader to oversee processes and administrative duties.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and internal applications.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and space/facilities planning (considered as additional advantages).
