Office Administrator sought for a well-established Trading Company in Larnaca, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management and excellent communication skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office and reception area
  • Provide general secretarial support
  • Assume clerical and administrative tasks to optimize office workflow
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records with accuracy and validity
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Monitor office supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related issues and respond to requests
  • Document expenses and submit reports
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed
  • Assist senior staff in the day-to-day running of the business
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • At least 2 years' experience in similar positions
  • Competent with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Integrity and professionalism
