Main Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive user support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment, printers/copiers, phone systems, and general IT hardware/software.

· Perform basic systems administration tasks, maintenance, and engineering across multiple server environments (Windows/Linux/Azure/AWS)

· Manage the installation and maintenance of system software, including operating systems, data management products, office automation products, and other utility software.

· Offer IT support and consultancy to internal staff,

· Perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for supported desktop/servers in response to help desk tickets, including failures and full system outages.

· Provide training to new hires.

· Respond to employee inquiries, provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

· Provide support in non-IT-related office management tasks as needed.

· Maintain asset inventory and collaborate with external suppliers for potential orders/equipment.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience as an IT Support/Engineer.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
  • Hands on experience with networking and system support.
  • Strong dedication to provide quality customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platform and Azure.
  • Understanding of Information Security.
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.

Desired skills:

  • Familiarity with ISO 27k, NIST or another security frameworks.
  • Any related certification will be considered as an advantage.
