Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate and educate customers about products.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
  • Update client information and statuses as requested.
  • Gather customer feedback and assist company growth.
  • Raise flags for universal or complex issues, or recurring problems.
  • Keep accurate customer records and stay updated with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of FX is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and other languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability.
