Drive Payments Innovation as a Product Manager

As a seasoned product manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of our Client Portal, a cornerstone of our omnichannel payments platform. Your mission is to craft and deliver a compelling product roadmap that balances user needs, compliance, and business objectives.

This role demands close collaboration with internal teams, including Compliance, AML, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Design. You will be responsible for owning product discovery, development, and optimization processes, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.

  • Define and Deliver a Product Roadmap: Align product goals with business objectives and user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive efficient execution and innovation.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with design and engineering teams to build scalable and intuitive features.
  • Product Discovery and Ideation: Lead the development of CRM-related features and validate new ideas through user feedback and data analysis.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market research and data analysis to identify performance and growth opportunities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards and regulations across supported regions.
  • API Integration and Platform Consistency: Manage third-party integrations and collaborate with API/backend platform teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: In product management, preferably in FinTech, payments, or CRM platforms.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Product Discovery and Data Analysis: Experience in conducting user research and making data-driven decisions.
  • Market Management: Ability to manage multiple markets, including localization and compliance requirements.
  • API Familiarity: Understanding of API integration and platform consistency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with security and regulatory standards within the payments industry.
