Our company is a pioneer in the digital entertainment industry, delivering innovative marketing strategies to drive mobile game growth. We are seeking an experienced Social Growth Strategist to oversee high-performing user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across multiple mobile games.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute mobile growth plans across various mobile game titles.
  • Manage and optimize UA campaigns on social ad networks, with a focus on Facebook.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine ad concepts based on performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, overseeing high-budget UA and retargeting campaigns on social platforms (Facebook is a requirement).
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in running tests on Facebook and interpreting results.
  • Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with expertise in Excel.
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution and SKANs impact on performance measurement.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation skills to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent is an asset.
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written).
