Client Retention Specialist

This role involves working with a portfolio of clients to build strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in client retention, account management or sales-focused roles, preferably within the financial services sector.

  • The ability to manage and develop client relationships is essential for this position.
  • A solid understanding of financial trading products, including CFDs and Forex markets, is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of clients assigned at the initial stage of engagement.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by offering personalized support and assistance.
  3. Improve client retention by providing consistent value and fostering trust.
  4. Deliver training and educational support related to financial trading platforms and instruments.
  5. Maintain a structured schedule for client interactions, including calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • 23 years of experience in client retention, account management or a related sales-focused role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
