We're seeking a driven, commercially minded B2B Business Developer to help expand our footprint across Europe's luxury and high-end lifestyle sectors. In this role, you'll build strategic partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and craft tailored solutions for premium brands looking to elevate their positioning and reach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow our portfolio of luxury, fashion, and hospitality clients.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with CMOs, brand directors, and decision-makers.
  • Build customized proposals and pitches that address client challenges and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Track pipeline progress, forecast sales, and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to shape compelling value propositions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exclusive networking gatherings.

Requirements

Strong B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in luxury, premium goods, or creative marketing services.A polished, consultative approach with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.Proven track record of securing high-value deals and growing client portfolios.Fluent English (additional European languages a plus).Self-motivated, resourceful, and excited to work in an entrepreneurial, high-performance environment.
