PPC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.

As a PPC specialist, you will monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize for quality traffic and lead/acquisition goals. You will analyze performance data and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.

You will collaborate with creative and content teams to request or brief ad assets and materials. You will manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to enhance performance.

In addition, you will ensure all campaigns comply with advertising standards and platform-specific regulations.

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, preferably in sectors such as finance, tech, or online services.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality, converting traffic in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced and results-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across department.
