Innovative Digital Marketing Team Lead

Are you a strategic thinker and an expert in mobile advertising? We are looking for a talented team leader to oversee our performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks and programmatic platforms.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for scaling user acquisition efforts while optimizing marketing spend to drive high-quality conversions. If you have a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns and possess deep expertise in mobile advertising, this role is perfect for you.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Campaign Development: Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns across UnityAds, IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, and other leading platforms.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Manage DSP platforms such as Liftoff, Moloco, and Remerge to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance, optimize targeting, and adjust budgets to achieve the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with platform partners, creative teams, and data analysts to deploy innovative solutions that enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across UnityAds, IronSource, AppLovin, Mintegral, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and hands-on experience with DSPs like Liftoff, Moloco, or Remerge.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and leveraging creators to drive user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
