We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily CRM activities, ensuring efficient lead management and maintaining the CRM database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily CRM activities, ensuring efficient lead management
  • Maintain and update the CRM database of sales agents
  • Assign new leads to the sales team and manage lead distribution
  • Generate reports and provide feedback on sales team performance
  • Solve tickets raised by agents or other company departments

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.

A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is desirable, and 1-2 years of experience in the industry would be an advantage.
