Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Fraud and Payments Expert to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing cutting-edge fraud prevention strategies, ensuring seamless payment workflows, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management, fraud detection, and payment systems. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced fraud prevention frameworks tailored to our business needs.
  • Maintain real-time transaction monitoring and player behavior analysis to detect suspicious activity.
  • Investigate chargebacks, bonus abuse, and escalate fraud cases as necessary.
  • Oversee secure and efficient payment processes and integrations.
  • Collaborate with payment service providers to resolve issues and improve services.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations.
  • Analyze fraud and payment trends to inform strategic decisions and reporting.
  • Develop and document operational policies and procedures for internal and regulatory use.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Risk, Fraud, or Payments within the iGaming or online sweepstakes casino industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of fraud detection tools, risk management, and payment systems.
  • Skillset: Hands-on experience with chargebacks, suspicious activity monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Qualifications: Knowledge of AML, KYC, and responsible gaming standards.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work cross-functionally.
