The role involves assisting in the processing of banking transactions, operational payments, coordinating with departments and banks, and providing relevant supporting documents. Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing Operational Payments: Assist in the processing of banking transactions, including operational payments and transfers according to company procedures.
  • Communication with Bank Institutions: Communicate with bank institutions regarding payment matters and provide requested supporting documents.
  • Liaison with Multiple Bank Institutions: Liaise with multiple bank institutions regarding payment issues and provide requested supporting documents.
  • Daily Reports: Check, prepare, and update daily reports for management.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Have a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent English and Greek communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.
