We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Conversion Agents. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for converting leads into satisfied customers across various language markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the respective languages and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. You will engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to convert leads into sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion:
    • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring a high conversion rate.
    • Provide clear and detailed information about products and services in Dutch, English, or Spanish.
  2. Communication:
    • Ensure all communications are relevant and focused on the customers' requirements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
  4. Reporting and Feedback:
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX Industry is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
