Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Success Officer. This role will involve assisting clients worldwide through live support and handling customer requests via chats and emails in different languages.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues related to Libertex and MT4 Trading Platforms.
  • Maintain client records, ensure accurate data entry, and handle back-office queries.
  • Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette and management skills.

The ideal candidate should possess native or fluent German language skills (C1 level), strong proficiency in written and spoken communication, and English fluency (B2).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Studies or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and rotational shifts.
  • Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms is an advantage.

Additional Information

Working hours: 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00 Monday-Friday.

Experience in the forex industry is a plus; however, experience in a Customer Support role from another industry can also be considered.
