About the Role

We seek an experienced professional to drive innovation and strategy in AI/ML solutions across our organization. This role involves shaping the future of operations, identifying opportunities, leading initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in launching products on time. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven strategies to automate processes, optimize risk, and operation alerts
  • Identify AI/ML opportunities and translate business needs into clear product strategies
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML initiatives, from research to production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals and technological capabilities
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management from leading tech companies
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into scalable product solutions
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
